Our Office

We believe strongly in the importance of compassionate and quality care. Patients at our office will receive the best specialized care, offered with courtesy, integrity, and respect. You will be greeted and cared for by our extraordinary, knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind experienced staff. They are experienced with a total of over fifty years in this specialty. Our staff has special expertise in dealing with the current highly complex health insurance issues. As a new patient, your appointment will average one hour, and the entire examination is carried out by Dr. Taban in your presence.

Before your appointment:

Please make sure you have your most recent (up to one year) diagnostic tests (i.e. MRI, CT scan, and x-rays in film or CD format, along with the reports and any other additional information, such as previous operating report or other studies that might relate to your current condition). Please bring these diagnostic films and reports to your scheduled appointment.

What to expect during your first visit:

Dr. Taban will be personally:
• Taking your medical history.
• Reviewing all of the available imaging studies and reports that you have provided on a big screen monitor, as well as utilizing skeletal models, as necessary, for your education and better understanding of the cause of your symptoms.
• Carefully performing a routine physical examination and a complete neurological - spinal examination.
• Discussing with you his diagnosis and possible treatment plan in detail.
• Answering all of the questions you may have brought with you or have arisen during this interview and examination.
